Any pipe or vessel that is wrapped with heat trace cable and covered in insulation must have a caution label on the outside of the insulation every 10 feet. (3m) This is to warn maintenance crews and/or firefighters of an electrical hazard. Our full color caution labels reduce the chance of accidents and liability.
Self-adhesive warning labels for proper marking of electrical heat-tracing systems. Minimum 1 label per 3 meter of traced pipe. Available in various languages, ask about customization.
Caution labels are vinyl based and are intended for direct exposure to industrial environments.
Pipework and vessels which have been heat traced should be clearly indicated at frequent intervals.
Caution labels can simply be peeled and placed every 3 to 6m or as required by specification.
Warning labels to indicate the presence of trace heating systems.
Since electric trace heating systems are usually hidden with insulation, warning labels are used to indicate the presence of trace heating cables and components.
